ZSecurity Installation
To install the software
• Download the software from the Zsecurity site and saving it to a desired location on your computer.
• Disconnect your computer from the internet.
• Locate where you saved the Zsecurity software on your computer and double click the installer to start the installation.
• The software splash screen will appear and then the installation will start, it was shown below as :
• Select the installation language and click Next to continue.
• Read the license agreement. To accept the agreement and continue, click Accept .
• Enter your subscription key and click Next to continue.
• Select Automatic installation (advanced users may want to choose the step by step installation option) and click Next .
• If you didn't remove any existing security software you had installed on your computer before you started installing Zsecurity, it will detect the most common conflicting software and remove this. Because of this you may see some additional steps. Just follow the instructions on the screens that appear. Your computer will also restart if software needs to be removed. The software will then install the setup files. This will take around 5-10 minutes to complete.
• After the installation is complete, a screen will appear to let you know and then your computer will be restarted automatically after a while. To restart immediately, click Restart Now.
• Downloading the updates may take some time, depending on the speed of your internet connection.
• You will then be given the option to turn on Parental Control. Simply click Next to enable or Cancel to disable Parental Control.
• Your installation is now complete, click Close button.

• Open firewall port – Enter the port number that you want to open for a program.
• My subscription – Manage your subscription and view subscription information.
• Restore a removed file or program – Restore or delete a file or program that may have been quarantined.
• Settings – Open the product's advanced settings.
• Allow a program to start – Let a program start if it has been blocked.

• Zsecurity – Browsing Protection
• You will be blocked from accessing harmful websites when browsing protection is turned on.
To turn browsing protection on or off:
- On the main page, click Settings .
- Select Internet > Browsing protection .
- Choose one of the following:
• To turn browsing protection on, select Turn on browsing protection .
• To turn browsing protection off, clear Turn on browsing protection .
- Click OK .
- If you browser is open, restart your browser to apply the changed settings.
Depending on your choice, browsing protection is no either on or off.
• Zsecurity – E-mail filtering
To turn E-mail filtering on or off:
- On the main page, click Settings .
- Select Internet > E-mail filtering .
- Choose one of the following:
• To turn e-mail filtering on, select Turn on e-mail filtering.
• To turn e-mail filtering off, clear Turn on e-mail filtering.
• Zsecurity – Parental Control
To configure Parental Control:
- On the main page, click Settings .
- Select Internet > Parental Control .
- Click Edit Browsing modes.
- Click Next to start setup the Parental Control .
- Select which of your computer's users require Parental Control, then click Next .
- Setup the time limit for Internet use, then click Next .
- Setup times to prevent Internet usage, then click Next .
• Select the web content to be blocked, then click Next .
• Input the Parent password, re-enter to confirm, then click Next .
• Input a hint for the Parent password hint, then click Next .
• Click Finish to complete the setup of Parental Control .
• Zsecurity – Virus scanning
- Click the Scan and select the scanning method.
- If you have selected "Choose what to scan", select the folder to be scanned, then click OK .
- Zsecurity has been started virus scanning.
• Zsecurity will automatically alert you once malware is found. It is recommended for you to choose Automatic cleaning (recommended) , then click Next .
• Click Close button to finish the virus scanning.
